So much better than taking medication, the benefits of yoga are felt immediately. Phil is a fantastic teacher helping to build confidence at every level. I highly recommend his classes to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness.


Phil is an excellent yoga teacher. The classes are friendly and welcoming. He gently guides the class, ensuring the most is gained by each individual. Turning out for classes on a dark, cold winters evening isn’t always easy, but I am always glad I have been. Brilliant for mind and body:)
